Privacy Policy

This placeholder Privacy Policy describes, in outline, how Nexus would handle personal data. It will be replaced with reviewed legal copy before Nexus is offered commercially — until then, treat the structure as the deliverable, not the wording.

Account details you provide when creating a workspace; the policies, service information and documents you connect for an agent to answer from; and conversation data generated when your customers talk to that agent.

To operate your workspace and its agents, to ground agent answers in your own content, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. A finished policy will enumerate each purpose and its legal basis.

When you create an organization, you choose where its data is stored — currently Saudi Arabia (KSA), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), or the European Union (EU), the same three regions offered on the organization-setup screen. The reviewed policy will describe each region's handling in full.

Nexus relies on infrastructure and model providers to operate the service. Which providers process data, and under what safeguards, will be listed here once those commitments are finalised — none are named in this placeholder.

Data is kept for as long as your workspace is active and for a limited period afterward, before deletion. Exact retention windows per data type belong in the reviewed version.

Depending on where you and your customers are located, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. How to exercise them will be described here, alongside any applicable regional framework.

Nexus applies encryption and access controls to protect the data you connect. A finished policy will describe these measures, and the incident-notification process, in more detail.

When real copy replaces this placeholder, the last-updated date above will change and, where required, you will be notified before the new version takes effect.
