By creating a Nexus workspace or using the service, you agree to these placeholder Terms of Service. They will be replaced with reviewed legal copy before Nexus is offered commercially — until then, treat them as a structural stand-in, not a contract.

Nexus provides shared tools for configuring agents, knowledge, Flows and supported customer channels. Which capabilities and channels are available depends on the deployment and workspace configuration. The reviewed terms will describe the service and how it changes over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of the members you invite into your workspace.

You are responsible for the policies, service information and documents you connect to an agent, and for making sure you have the rights to use them in this way.

You agree not to use Nexus to build an agent that misrepresents your business, impersonates another party, or violates applicable law. A fuller acceptable-use policy — covering abuse, rate limits and prohibited content in more detail — belongs here in the final version.

Paid plans, billing cycles, usage-based metering and refund terms will be described here once the commercial terms for Nexus are set. Nothing in this placeholder should be read as describing current or future pricing.

You keep ownership of the content you connect to Nexus. Nexus and its underlying software remain the property of its operator. The final terms will spell out what each side may do with the other's material.

Either side may end the relationship; the conditions under which a workspace can be suspended or terminated, and what happens to your data afterward, will be defined here in the reviewed version.

The service is provided without the warranties a finished agreement would normally state, and liability limits are not yet defined. These are exactly the kind of clauses that must come from counsel, not from this codebase.

When real terms replace this placeholder, the last-updated date above will change and, where required, you will be notified before the new version takes effect.
