Nexus

Agents

A configured Agent with a real runtime, and a clear path to more.

An Agent in Nexus has an identity, instructions, a model profile using your own provider credentials, and direct execution foundations on the shared runtime. Composing saved knowledge and tools end to end is product direction, and this page keeps the two apart.

Runs today

  1. Identity and instructions

Each Agent carries its own name, instructions, and configuration inside your workspace.

  2. Model profile

Choose a provider and model with your own credentials; a profile may name one backup model for provider failures.

  3. Shared runtime

Direct Agent execution and the Agent step in a Flow use the same runtime.

Product direction

  • One saved configuration that combines instructions and model selection, approved knowledge, allowed tools and actions, conversation state, guardrails, and handoff, and runs faithfully end to end.
  • Testing a composed Agent before release, then publishing and versioning it the way Flows are published today.

Create a workspace and give your first Agent its identity, instructions, and model profile.
